Chit Yog Sadhana – Path to wellbeing
Chit Yog Sadhana program is for those who seeking total wellness. Based on the ancient principles of holistic wellbeing, this app gives answer to all those who have tried various ways to solve their physical, mental and emotional ailments but are not able to succeed.
The app helps us understand that our problems start when we lose the connection with our Chit .This Connection get lost due to our own incompatible lifestyle action, deed diet and environmental factors in which we live and work and unless we are able to remove these coverings, we will keep suffering. Chit Yog Sadhana gives us a practical step by step guide to remove these coverings.
Let’s start your journey by taking first step.
You will complete a questionnaire to determine your physical, mental and emotional state. The result will determine your entry point to the programme;
Each stage of the programme will ask you to complete a number of tasks to enhance your health and connect to your Chit. At each stage, your efforts will be monitored;
On completion of a stage you will assesses how effectively you have incorporated these tasks into your life. If successful, the next stage will be opened for you. If unsuccessful, you will repeat a section of the stage;
There are 6 stages in this programme. Stages 1-3 are free. There is a small fee after this point to move deeper into the programme
